Wilmur properties have been providing quality student accommodation in Swansea since 2012. We are a small family team who really care about service and want to help make your student experience of Swansea truly memorable! Our student accommodation is located in the Uplands, Port Tennant and St Thomas areas of Swansea. We have student accommodation that will appeal to students of the Swansea University Singleton Campus, new Swansea University Engineering Bay Campus and for the new Waterfront campus of the University of Wales Trinity St David (UWTSD), Swansea.
All our student accommodation has been carefully renovated by us to optimise your student experience while at a Swansea University. Our own children have recently completed their own University education at UK universities so we like to think we know what works and what doesn't! All our student accommodation is a fully licensed HMO and we are accredited by Rent Smart Wales. Our Swansea student accommodation is furnished to a high standard and fastidiously maintained to maintain the quality of accommodation that we like to wish to present
We deal with you directly. No agents, no middle men. We know our properties inside out and hope to be able to answer any question you pose! We are a licensed Landlord under the Rent Smart Wales Scheme and all our student properties are licensed by the local authority. Our properties are advertised without bills but we are equally happy to offer a bills included rate.
