Our Swansea, Uplands properties are all let out for 2018-2019 but we still have properties available

As usual the season for student letting has started remarkably early in Swansea. Our two properties in Uplands have already been let to existing tenants who love the student houses and their location close to the Uplands hub! Since we started our student letting business in 2012 many of our student tenants choose to remain at their Swansea house for the following academic year.

Are you looking for a Swansea student Accomodation? Wilmur Properties has two 5 bedroom student properties remaining in the Port Tennant area with two rooms left at our St Thomas property. Both have been recently refurbished and are conveniently located for the new Swansea University Bay Campus or for the soon to be opened SA1 University of Wales Trinity Saint David campus.
