We atttend to all matters with that personal touch. . These student houses book quickly; they are in prime locations for Swansea Singleton and Bay campus. Our houses in St Thomas are also ideal for the marina campus for UWTSD. We are established Landlords with 10+ years experience and we have a small number of houses so we can ensure that they are maintained to our own high standards. We have many students who stay with us for 2, 3 or even 4 years!
