Our student houses are conveniently located in neighbourhoods close to the Singleton Campus and the Bay Campus. The student houses in Gwydr Crescent are situated two minutes from to the lively Uplands hub with all the shops, bars and eateries on offer. Equally our student houses in the St Thomas and Port Tennant areas are conveniently sited for the Swansea University Bay Campus and benefit from being close to the city centre with a selection of local shops in neighbouring streets.

 

All of our houses have been personally refurbished and decorated by ourselves within the past few years. Each of the well laid-out Swansea student houses has its own unique appeal and is furnished with new furniture and appliances to ensure superior functionality. Each year, during the summer months, we thoroughly clean and redecorate the student house to return it to its best! We constantly upgrade furniture to maintain the the standard and overall finish.

We are happy to offer our Swansea student houses with "bills included" if you prefer this arrangement.

We undertake our own maintenance and cleaning so that we can be sure that quality is maintained at all times. All our student houses are maintained to the latest regulatory standards and safety certification is on display at the property. You deal directly with us, no middle men and we are answerable to you.

Unlike Estate Agencies we do not charge any introductory fees for viewings or setting up the contracts. if you decide to proceed with a booking we look after the paperwork so that you can focus on your studies.
